When receiving your order, we ask that you check that all products were delivered in their original, properly sealed packaging.

If upon delivery of the order you notice any irregularity such as packaging or damaged product, refuse receipt. If receipt occurs, please contact us via email support@mrmaisoncoffee.com. The product must be in perfect condition of use and in its original packaging and composition. Both returns and resends are free.

In accordance with the rules of the Consumer Protection Code, the return period for purchases in virtual stores is 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the order by the consumer, without having to decline any reason for doing so. If the withdrawal period expires on a non-working day, it will automatically be extended to the first following working day. Only products that are in their original packaging and without signs of use will be accepted for return, due to withdrawal.
