Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for non-personalized items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@mrmaisoncoffee.com. If your return meets the above criteria, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Original Shipping costs will only be refunded if an order is cancelled prior to shipment.
Refunds will be subject to a $5 charge to cover the cost of the provided return shipping label.
Engraved or Personalized items are final sale.

Changes to an order / cancellations
Should you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 1 hour of when you submitted the order. We will make our best efforts to accommodate your request. On personalized pieces, we start the production process of your custom piece right away, so we are unable to allow changes to the order once it has been submitted. Please confirm your order prior to submission.
For cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of submitting your order. For personalized orders,we cannot accept any cancellations once the order has been submitted. Please confirm your order prior to submission.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact our care team: support@mrmaisoncoffee.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, personalized custom items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact our care team: support@mrmaisoncoffee.com.
Refund timings
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds will be processed between 5 - 10 business days upon receiving the return back. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
